Big Al Launches Fast-Track PE Program

Veteran PE guru and jelqing stalwart Al (Big Al) Alfaro has just launched a new enlargement program, Speed Penis Enlargement, which he claims will deliver size increases faster than any other exercise based program.

Big Al has been a fixture on the enlargement circuit for nearly a decade and his penile exercise programs offering specialized massage and stretching techniques have attracted legions of dedicated followers. Alfaro says the new program is essentially a version 2.0 of his existing "For Men Only" website that has distilled his hard-won expertise to focus on delivering size increases quickly and with less effort.

The new program features online video instructions, a technical resource section, an online consultation forum, and perhaps most intriguingly, instructions on how to easily build mechanical enlargement devices at home. It also includes supplementary material on sexual techniques, men's fitness and a chat forum to talk with other PE aficionados.

Alfaro claims that competing websites offering hundreds of exercises are just using a scattergun approach that does not address the key requirements for a successful jelqing regime. "These sites try to make up for their lack of quality information by offering you a large quantity of ineffective, unproven, and possibly dangerous exercises. Why would anyone want or need hundreds of exercises? If you want to enlarge and strengthen your penis without wasting your time, you'll need exercises planned out in easy to follow routines that have been proven to work," he explained.

The key physiological components of Alfaro's program are the expansion of the cells of the spongy bodies of the penis known as the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum, the simultaneous stretching of the tunica that sheaths those spongy bodies, and the stretching of the fundiform and suspensory ligaments that anchor the penis to the pubis.

In the case of the corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum, Alfaro says that with each exercise session the cell walls are forced to grow and expand and the compound effect over time is permanently increased thickness. He stresses that ligament stretching is also a vital part of his recommended routine. "The penis is anchored to the pubic bone by the fundiform and suspensory ligaments. Fully one-third to one-half of the entire length of the penile body is hidden behind the pubis. Lengthening exercises permanently stretch these ligaments, allowing more of the inner penis to be exposed, thereby lengthening the measureable portion of the penis," he said.

Perhaps most impressive is Alfaro's claim that men will notice an immediate difference in size from their first workout. This is significant given the fact that Alfaro only recommends routines that take between 6-10 minutes a day, three times per week. "The length of the workouts don't increase by much," explained Alfaro. "Our program relies on brief, intense workouts to maximize penis size and time efficiency while preventing injury."
