Reader's Questions
by George Atkinson

We get more emails about natural enlargement than any other topic, so we asked Al Alfaro from ForSize to tackle some of the more frequently asked questions from our readers. Al has previously answered a number of technique related questions which can be found here. Men interested in Al's methods can review his program at the ForSize website.

How did you get involved in natural enlargement?
Well, since high school, I've been involved with fitness and health in one way or another. I used to read bodybuilding magazines and one thing that struck me was the inordinate number of ads for penis pumps and augmentation surgery. I figured that there had to be some way of enlarging the penis naturally - after all, the penis is composed of ligaments capable of stretching and spongy tissues capable of expansion. So, along with a few other interested men, we started developing exercises based around massage and stretching.

Wouldn't an urologist be the best person to talk to about enlarging your penis?
I've been involved in the fitness industry for over 15 years and have been studying penis enlargement techniques for 6 years. I have collaborated with many professionals in the medical field to ensure that the routines I create will not cause any harm and that they will produce optimum results. An urologist is a physician who specializes in the urinary or urogenital tract. Many urologists don't even know that natural enlargement techniques exist! It wasn't too long ago that medical associations around the world disapproved of augmentation surgery because they deemed them "unnecessary". Today, doctors that deal in purely cosmetic procedures such as penile augmentation are among the best paid in the world. In the end, it's usually about money, and there's not a whole lot of money to be made when you can prescribe a few simple exercises rather than surgery.

How exactly does natural enlargement work?
It works by expanding the cells of the spongy corpora cavernosa and the corpus spongiosum in tandem with stretching the tough tunica that sheaths them and also stretching the ligaments that anchor the penis to the pubis.

What are the hazards associated with these types of exercises?
The techniques themselves are safe. As with anything, if the exercises are overdone or done incorrectly, injuries can occur. From my observations, it's the guys that like to do their own thing that get hurt. Using unproven variations of the techniques and the routines is the most common causes of injuries. Overtraining injuries can take several days/weeks to manifest themselves. To prevent this from happening, I advocate a moderate approach to intensity and volume (especially in the beginning) and a strict adherence to the techniques as described.

Why do so many men feel the need to enlarge their penises?
People have adopted a more liberated attitude towards sex and despite what some professionals say about a woman only really feeling the first few inches of a penis, most women agree that a larger penis is better. A longer penis can also be used in many more sexual positions than a smaller one. From magazines like Cosmopolitan to television shows like Sex And The City, men are being bombarded with subtle (and not so subtle) references to penis size, and like it or not, the consensus is that size does matter.

What are some other benefits of performing these exercises?
The exercises will strengthen the penis as well. By that, I mean a harder erection, better control and more powerful orgasms. A larger penis also offers a mental boost as well. Men that have enlarged and strengthened their penises show a lot more sexual confidence. This confidence usually carries over to other areas of their lives. I'm not saying that a bigger penis will solve all of your problems, but it definitely makes certain things better!

Does everyone make size gains?
Occasionally, I'll get a frustrated client who complains about not making gains with my program. They'll email me telling me that they're frustrated because the program isn't working for them. First up, I'll ask them several questions:

"How long have you been doing the exercises?"
"What are/were your goals?"
"Are you keeping records of what you've been doing?"
"What kind of routine are you following?"

Frequently, I'll find that the trainee isn't doing the exercises as prescribed and/or he's not doing them with the intensity and frequency that's required. As with all things, many people fail due to their laziness or because of an inability (or an unwillingness) to follow instructions. The routines are easy to follow but they do take some work. Another common complaint is that clients claim that they don't have the time. This one irks me! How can they not have 20 minutes? They could take the time that they'd normally spend watching TV or wake up a few minutes earlier or go to bed a few minutes later. It all comes down to how badly they want a bigger tool. If they want a larger penis bad enough, they'll make it a priority.
