 28 November 2000 Jelqing & Penis Enlargement
Most agree that penis enlargement can be traced back to ancient times, when Arabic fathers would prepare their sons for marriage by using a technique called "jelqing" which increased the size of the penis. This was done at a young age, since marriage was usually effected between thirteen and seventeen years of age.
Europeans are credited with the popularization (or re-popularization, as it were) of natural penis enlargement, with variations on the "jelq" technique. Many books have been written, detailing natural exercises which can increase penis length and girth. The Arabic techniques detailed by most authors are rigorous and time-consuming, taking as much as 45 minutes in a single sitting. The "jelq" has been the most popular natural penis enlargement technique for some years, only recently making its way to America, and subsequently the Internet.
Natural penis enlargement is based on the idea that the cavernosa and spongiosum, the two pieces of spongy tissue in the penis, can be expanded to hold more blood. The "jelq" depends on a milking of the penis, which uses a tourniquet hand to keep blood in the penis and a milking motion to move the blood around. An equivalent of the jelq method would be to fill a balloon partially with water and use one hand to clamp the end of the balloon, pushing the water into the end. Then, taking the other hand, applying slight pressure and pushing the water towards the end of the balloon. To continue with this analogy, the milking of the balloon would stretch the rubber, and the capacity of the balloon would increase.
The amount of actual information and support about natural penis enlargement on the Internet is minimal. Most websites merely offer the same set of exercises, with no support or expertise to offer subscribers. There are exceptions however, Aaron Belmont and his multi-lingual website offer a well designed program with support and expertise. This is in contrast to most other websites that often leave subscribers with little or no support. Belmont says that his website is the oldest and most established on the Internet. "Our material has been ripped-off by other websites but they are shams. They don't offer any support or ongoing guidance and are a consumer rip-off. We have been developing and enhancing our program for years and are the only website to offer video demonstrations of all our techniques. The fact that our website has been translated into six languages demonstrates our high level of commitment to users from all over the world."
